New Workout posted for new/fresh #exercises to attack in the Smith Machine along with the infamous Cable leg lift to Pulse! Why do I PULSE in 2 out of 4 of my exercises today? Well it's the end of the week as I worked Glutes/Hamstrings today and feeling very Done today yet still wanted to get a 40 minute lift in. Instead of loading up on weight and lower reps today I went with lower weight reps of 12-15 and burnout pulses at the end of my Cable single leg set along with my wide sumo Squat set!
